Virtual psychotherapy for adults across Ontario
Have you been carrying more than anyone realizes?
This is the place to talk about it.
Sometimes, you know something has to change.
You may have been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, burned out - or simply less like yourself.
Perhaps you are carrying the effects of trauma, difficult relationships, caregiving, chronic stress, illness, or grief. Or perhaps you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, and making sense of masking, burnout, late identification, or life in a neurodivergent family.
Sometimes there is no clear explanation at all. Life has simply begun to feel harder.
When we carry too much for too long, it can show up in many ways: anxious, restless, irritable, foggy, numb, shut down - or moving between pushing through and feeling as though there is nothing left.
Therapy can offer a place to understand what is happening without minimizing it, and to begin making sense of your experience in the context of your life.
What it’s like working with me
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the understanding that the ways we cope, protect ourselves, and relate to others usually make sense in the context of our lives.
Together, we can slow things down, notice patterns, and explore what has shaped your experience.
My approach is relational, person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirmative. I adapt the work to you rather than asking you to fit a particular formula.
